✨ Join Kerry Ryan for a warm, nurturing two-hour workshop when we come together to celebrate our creativity no matter how little or how much we created in 2025.
✨ Don't worry if you haven't written for a while. This workshop will leave you feeling energised and ready to dive back in with renewed purpose and compassion.
✨And if you’ve been writing steadily, this workshop will help you build on that wonderful creativity so you're ready to move with gentleness into the year ahead.
✨ Get more tips and tricks on how to face down fear, defy conditioning and release your wild creativity
✨ The focus will be on radical self-compassion, kindness and care & building & strengthening your WLAG practice for the year ahead.
✨ There will be no need to share anything at all during the workshop. Just come along, get cozy and nurture your creativity in a warm, welcoming group setting.
✨ This workshop is for everyone. No need to have attended our creative courage workshops/courses/retreats before.

TUTOR
Dr Kerry Ryan is a Breathworks meditation tutor, a creativity coach and the founder of Write like a Grrrl. She won the 2024 Hachette GYOS Prize, the Spilling Ink Short Story Prize, the New South Writing Prize and has been shortlisted for the Myriad First Editions Prize, the Writers & Artists Prize, and the HG Wells Prize. Her fiction and poetry have appeared in The Manchester Review, The Kenyon Review, 3am Magazine, and more. Kerry combines a Masters with distinction and a PhD in Creative Writing with extensive experience leading workshops, collaborating with fellow artists and creating inclusive creative communities
