Booking a writing retreat is radical self-care, and this day retreat by the sea in Portobello will be a breath of fresh air!
Join us to reignite your creativity in a space full of understanding, welcoming and supportive humans who will encourage your writing and allow you to nourish yourself in the best way
possible.

Over the course of the day, you'll be guided through gentle writing sprints where you can focus on your own projects and leave the retreat with the power of community behind you. A lovely local caterer will provide lunch, and tea, coffee & biscuits will be on tap all day. Each participant will have a dedicated workspace, with the whole of Tribe Porty'x co-working hub at our disposal, as well as the option to have a one-to-one editorial session where supportive and personalised feedback will be given on your wonderful words.

Lucy Goodwill (she/her) is a writer, artist and educator based in Scotland. Lucy has a Master's in Creative Writing from the University of Edinburgh and her work has been featured by publications such as 404 Ink, Dear Damsels and Popshot Magazine. She finds joy and purpose in her own creative practice and is passionate about sharing the transformative power of creativity through teaching.
